Keeping Them Happy! is a retention
training seminar combining communication
techniques, emotional intelligence,
listening skills, behavioral assessment
information, group exercises and role play.
It focuses on awareness, empathetic
conversations, proactive feedback and much
more.
Of course employees leave
for a myriad of reasons, but when we aren’t
paying attention we tend to lose employees.
One global company that I currently work on
with on retention, estimated they lost over
$300 million in one year due to employee
turnover.
Replacing, interviewing,
training and retraining are expensive, time
consuming and energy-depleting tasks.
Obviously retaining
employees is a much smarter choice. My
retention training is an excellent
